More photos: "Still about me"


  1. This time, in both pictures, your lower body looks good, but you need to lift yourself through the core to straighten your upper body and get those shoulders square over your hip and heel.

    The nicest thing is that in both cases, you are being very effective with Riley who is stepping nicely through to the bit.

    In the second picture, however, he's ducking down a little and it's almost as if you have adopted a little "defensive" posture, collapsing at the waist. I just think that's one of those true, "moment in time" photos, however, since the rest do not show that tendency at all.

    These really are great pictures to have. Again, I'm being picky, but asked. *S*

  2. Yep, I can see it too. My trainer said to imagine my belly is being pulled forward by a string.
