Dressage rider at a lesson barn? Yes, as it turns out...

When I first moved Harv to his new barn, I wondered what it would be like to have a retired dressage horse at a barn that is an active hunter/jumper lesson barn, with summer camps and everything. After all...
  • I'm a dressage rider!
  • I'm kind of indifferent to children
  • I love quiet barns
  • Where there are kids competing, there are Dance Moms. Aren't there?
As it turns out, I'm really enjoying it.

The lesson program is structured, and safe, and sane. The kids are a delight.  More in the next post...

  1. A well run lesson program can often produce good kids, so perhaps it's all working hand in hand.
    Enjoy.
