Und the vinner is...

So, many of you had very compelling stories to warrant the need for the Rocky Mountain Rider's Rescue Rub.

I ended up choosing Karen Burch for her trail ride story. Congrats Karen!

And those of you who need a nudge to try it, let me tell you that I somehow hurt my arm by RUNNING of all things -- I have started running, and I am trying to keep good posture, and the effort of squaring my shoulders while running has made me sore -- and the Rescue Rub helped -- I recommend.

Again, this is not an ad. No money changed hands, I promise.

  1. actually you should not maintain a correct standing posture while running. This is one reason why more women have injuries than men, men lean slightly forward and natural while women worry about posture.

  2. hi anon, you are probably right about many women -- but I think I slouch abnormally. I'll take your advice to try to run in more naturally good posture.
