  1. the first few ground exercises are exactly the same a physical therapist gave me for lower back pain (starting to get deterioration in the lumbar region). so it is not just great for helping one do better at the sitting trot, it also helps your back.

  2. Good exercises. Not sure I can do the stand on one leg ones at this point with my knees, but the hip ones on the ground are great. Builds up your abs too!

  3. I have seen the video footage and it seems to me sound like very perfect though I'm pretty sure that in such video footage will be effective for people to understand that how Sitting trot workout. Thanks
