Hang onto those reins!

    Cute but I've seen someone who doesn't let go like that. Three sets of reins were broken against that poor horse's mouth until the rider bought unbreakable reins. No wonder he became mouthy. Now his mouth is cranked shut with a flash :o(

    The instinct to hold on to the reins during a fall always amazes me. I know I do it myself. It does depend on how you fall, though. Sometimes your arms just aren't long enough. Hope this rider was OK. Wet, but OK.
