Adrienne Lyle on How To Fix Busy Hands

While this rider is light years ahead of me I can see similarities in her riding to mine, and Adrienne Lyle's advice is a lot like what I'm hearing from my trainer -- in fact it's almost EXACTLY what I hear from my trainer!

    I'm hearing you. I live with the wiggly neck, until I resist the urge and keep the connection even, I will not play this game is my new riding mantra!

    If Adrienne Lyle had an accent, she would be my trainer. I wonder if the rider would have more luck with a snaffle. Just a thought.
