- This blog does not accept paid ads -- but I'm a member of Entrecard (a blogging community) and have an Entrecard badge that displays links/images of other bloggers. To me, it's not an ad so much as a neighborly thing.
- If I really like a product or business I may feature it on the side of my blog, but it is NOT A PAID ENDORSEMENT. Similarly, product reviews are not paid. Typically if someone asks me to to review a product, I will only report on it if there is something good to say. If I don't like it, I'll get back to the company with my report, but I won't blog it. That's why most of my product reviews are positive. I'll do a negative review on the rare occasion I feel something is a scam or somehow harmful.

- I often write about horse health, medicine, training, and safety, but what I write is my opinion only. I try to be factual and to cite sources, but your best resources for horse health are vets and other equine professionals. If you believe something I write to be in error, I appreciate a comment or message so that it can be verified/confirmed and corrected if necessary.
