I can see them being appropriate for a fun musical freestyle or exhibition ride, but I don't know if they are appropriate (or even legal) for regular USDF competitions.
Lin, I totally agree. First of all, I've heard from scribes that bling literally creates a glare that can prevent them from seeing you. Also they are very showy and I see them more for an exhibit than competition. f you wear these your ride had better be flawless.
